The best news you will read in the next 5 minutes

The Heroes Comic Convention is next weekend (June 19-21) and it is shaping up to be a phenomenal convention this year. Two of my favorites Adam Hughes and Frank Cho will be there as well as both Marvel and DC comics. But the biggest news is that….are you ready? Make sure you’re sitting down.
I will be doing commissions and sketches at the Con this year.
I know incredible right? This is like finding out you can shit gold or something. Anyway I will be at SP-02 revealing secrets of the world, doing sketches, and selling prints along with my currently unnamed sketchbook.
Speaking of which if anyone here can come up with a really super awesome name let me know right here right now. If I pick your really super awesome name I will do a sketch for you or something along those lines. Sound good? Of course it does. Just try and have any names in by June 17th. The clock starts now.
In closing if your are going to be at the con I hope you will stop by and say hello, pick up a print, buy me a 1972 ‘cuda or a 22 year old Scarlett Johansson, your choice.
Anyway don’t forget to post some names for my sketchbook. I look forward to hearing what you come up with and hope to see you at the Heroes con.
See you on the other side, whatever that means.

I saw your posts about Heroes on Comicbloc and thought I’d come see your stuff. While I’m here I might as well fire a few names off and see if anything sticks – as geared up as I am about Heroes I’d be even more geared up if I can win a sketch (with cereal – please see the link) from a fantastic artist such as yourself (shameless ass kissing). So here goes:
Take the price you’re going to sell the sketchbook for and do one of these “$X bucks closer to a ‘72 ‘Cuda”
“Hot Copic”
“Drawn In”
“Pencil whippins”
“McDoodles” (I’m not actually calling your art doodles..it’s insulting if I do it, but fun if you do it). Mcsomething is cool in the same way that Ed McGuinness and Dexter Vines did a “EdEx” sketchbook..
“Sporks Illustrated” (w/ a pic of a spork HILARIOUS!) I’m just throwing out whatever comes to mind at this point – you should use Hot Copic instead
I’ll keep thinking on it.

How about “Mostly Bitches But Also Robots” ? That way you’ll for sure bring in the bitches and robots crowd.
Here’s some other stupid ideas taken from song titles: “Tuff Gnarl”, “Kid Charlemangne”, “Monolith”, “Life During Wartime”, “Small Change”, “Jellybones”, “Mister Can You Please Help My Pony?”, “You’re Pretty Good Looking (For a Girl)” and, finally, “Purple Rain.”
Just whatever you do, don’t call it “Free Herpes”. I’ve discovered the hard way that no matter how many cute kittens you draw on the cover, people still won’t buy it. Sigh….
