Sketch Cards for the Marvel 70th Anniversary Set Part 1

It’s official! I can finally start posting the sketch cards I did for the Marvel 70^th Anniversary edition set. As some of you already know this was my first venture into the sexy and intrigue-filled world of sketch cards and I have to say it was a real blast.

I also have to say I was completely amazed at how many times I had to reference the costumes of the characters. Good God! I mean sure I had no issue with my favorite Marvel characters (Daredevil, Black Widow, Elektra, Spidey, etc) but characters like Loki? I knew that his helmet had long curled horns on it and he wore yellow and green. That’s it.

Speaking of green, anyone else out there every notice how many frikkin’ Marvel characters are either green and purple or green and yellow? Anyway I’ll be posting more soon so stayed tuned.
