I gotta tell you guys and ladies (rawr), my life has been chaotic as hell lately. So if you don’t mind I’m going to rant for a bit. Oh and if you do mind you can go fuck yourself with a razor. Just sayin’
To start things off my 2005 Chevolet Colorado died at a carwash at 2:30 pm a last Saturday. I was thinking of holding funeral services this weekend but by a stroke of luck the truck has risen from the dead. However I am still considering burying the damn thing.
Apparently what happened was the computer had gotten wet while I was washing the engine bay. Now keep in mind that I’m not exactly Mr. Goodwrench but I do know you don’t blast your engine at full blast with a pressure washer. All I did was mist the damn thing! There is no way this should have rendered the vehicle inoperatable! A 63 year old hobo could show Scarlett Johansson his infected foot and make her wetter than engine bay of my truck. Yet somehow this was enough to kill the damn thing. Gee I don’t know why GM is on the brink of going out of business.
So there I am at stuck at a car wash with my dog in the back of the truck. Not sure I had to mention that my dog was there, but he was. Anyway, I don’t own a cell phone (personal choice) so I had to borrow one to call my wife to come pick me up. So I finally sucked it up and borrowed the cell phone of a good samaritan.
Once I got home I called my friend Poe to see if he could figure out what was going on with the truck. Poe said he would be right over so he could take a look at it. Long story short we ended up having to tow it home at 2:30 in the morning. It should be noted however that I also ended up locking my keys in the truck that same night, so we also had to break into the truck. Fun.
The truck has been sitting in the driveway since then, until yesterday when I decided to try and crank it again. By some stroke of luck it cranked and everything seems to be ok. Almost. The radio won’t come on now, and the battery light is on. More fun.
Needless to say I’m going to sell or trade this sucker soon but in the meantime this has been a major pain in the ass. Oh and did I mention that I am currently having a horrible artist’s block?

Well that has been my life over the course of the last week. I just wanted to let everyone know that I’m ok and still as sexy as ever. I will be picking back up on the tutorials and regular postings soon and I appreciate your patience.
